creator is using now.

Images. Music. Video. Operations. What each one replaces, and where to start if you only build one this weekend.

A year ago, the work one creator now produces alone would have required a four-person team. Today the stack runs in the background, while the human focus stays on the parts that actually need it. Each tool replaces a specific role. The combined cost is less than a single contractor retainer used to be.

Every working AI creator I know is running some version of this. Pick the categories that apply to you. Skip the rest.

01   IMAGES

Replaces a designer.

No single best tool. Z Image and Qwen produce output that reads as photographic and outperforms GPT and Gemini on social. ChatGPT Images 2.0 still wins on text rendering and commercial polish. The creators making the most polished output are fluent in three or four image tools, not just one.

02   MUSIC

Replaces a composer.

Generate the exact track in under a minute, custom-fit to your visual. The prompt structure mirrors images: genre, BPM, instruments, mood, production style. The audio half of the stack used to be the most expensive part of creator work. It is now among the most affordable.

03   VIDEO

Replaces a video editor.

A year ago AI video meant four-second clips of moving water. Now Sora produces ten-second cinematic shots with character consistency. Kling delivers turnaround in minutes. Runway adds AI to footage you already shot. Most creators rotate between all three depending on the job.

04   INFLUENCER OPS

Replaces a coordinator and assistant.

The category most creators hold off on the longest. Scheduling, captioning, reporting, dashboards, the administrative tail of every piece of work. The pitch that breaks through the resistance is that there is no software to adopt. It lives in Slack. You message it like a teammate. It returns the actual file, the actual spreadsheet, the actual dashboard. Not a summary you have to finish.

A typical week looks like this: pull last quarter’s revenue by channel, build a sponsorship dashboard for a call, schedule and caption a week of posts, compile post-by-post stats across the last twenty sends. Each task that used to eat an hour now takes one Slack message.
