Luxe Prompting

Privacy Policy

Last revised: October 11, 2026

Luxe Prompting publishes AI image prompts, creative examples and practical guidance. This notice covers our newsletter and publication website, messages to the publication, and the related community-source and preference processing described below. “We” and “our” refer to Luxe Prompting, the operator of Luxe Prompting.

Information and purposes

We use the email address you provide to deliver the newsletter and manage your subscription. Records can include subscription status, preferences, signup source, delivery events and recorded unsubscribe choices. Messages you send include the content and contact details you choose to provide.

We use these records to provide requested content, answer enquiries, review delivery and reader activity, maintain relevant preference and opt-out records, and address spam or misuse. A newsletter subscription is not permission for unrelated collection or use of your information.

Community sources, preferences and correspondence

Where you provide an email address or answers through a managed community joining form, related records can include those submitted answers, the source group and the date. We use relevant, permitted information to record the source of a signup and support broad content preferences. Joining a group alone does not authorise unrelated promotional email. The notice and choices presented when you supplied the information continue to matter.

Our local preference tools use broad interest categories and a pseudonymous contact identifier. Express choices take priority over weaker inferred signals. These categories can affect which resources are proposed to you; they are not decisions about eligibility for a job, a benefit or credit. You can correct a preference or object to direct marketing through the contact below.

For editorial research, our community archive can include a post or prompt, associated image references or reviewed image copies, author credit, source links, dates, visible engagement counts and bounded visible comment evidence. These records support source checking, content selection and attribution. An archived source is not automatically approved for republication, and this notice does not grant us ownership of a member’s work.

When you contact us, an operator may review the message and prepare a reply using our email service and local review tools. Structured interest or opt-out choices can be recorded separately from the original message. Removing a message from a local analysis output does not mean it has been deleted from the mailbox.

Editorial tools can use local automated analysis and optional Ollama Cloud assistance on bounded text. The configured community cloud-advice stage withholds contact-like source text; its separate image-review stage does not upload images to a cloud model. These safeguards describe those stages, not a promise that every third-party service has the same practices. Automated suggestions do not establish permission to publish or authorise a send.

Delivery, reporting and service providers

Beehiiv provides publication hosting, email delivery, subscription management and reporting. Reports include delivery, open and link-click information. An open or click event does not establish that a person read an article. Aggregate reporting helps us plan content and assess newsletter and sponsor results.

We may add or replace providers that support these stated functions, customer support or security. Any access or use remains subject to the applicable purposes, notices, safeguards and permissions. Changing a provider does not itself expand the purposes for which personal information may be used.

Beehiiv also processes information for its own purposes. Its Privacy Policy describes that processing and its platform privacy choices. We remain responsible for obligations that apply to our own processing.

Email, hosting and other service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. The applicable provider arrangements and legal safeguards govern that processing. This notice does not promise storage in a particular country.

Sponsors and external services

Our newsletters include sponsored placements through Beehiiv. Sponsor links can carry tracking information for measuring ad clicks. Beehiiv’s Ad Network terms describe subscriber profiles, activity across publications and profile enrichment. This is separate from ordinary delivery reporting.

Beehiiv’s Privacy Policy explains its cookies and related technology. Browser controls can affect site features; cookie settings alone do not necessarily stop email-open or link-click measurement.

Creative tools, community platforms and other linked services operate their own sites. Information you submit directly to them is handled under their privacy practices. A link does not mean we control another organisation’s data handling. This distinction does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on us.

Legal requests and changes to the business

Where permitted or required by law, we may retain or disclose relevant records to respond to a valid legal demand, investigate fraud or misuse, or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. The information and disclosure must be appropriate to that purpose.

If the publication is sold, reorganised or transferred, relevant records may be handled as part of that transaction only with a lawful basis and any required safeguards, notices and consent. A change of ownership does not erase existing privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

We use purpose-based retention rather than one automatic deletion deadline for every category. Subscription records support an active subscription and relevant delivery history. Enquiries and related records are kept for the enquiry, follow-up and any applicable recordkeeping need. Editorial source records support verification, attribution, corrections and any relevant reuse permission. Delivery and engagement records support reporting and troubleshooting. Continued identifiable retention must remain necessary for the applicable purpose, legal obligation, documented dispute or security investigation; a possible future use is not enough.

The local preference system normally stops using a preference after 90 days unless a new qualifying signal updates it. This is an expiry for using the preference, not a promise that all underlying records are deleted after 90 days. Editorial recency and metric-freshness windows likewise do not delete source archives.

Unsubscribing stops that publication’s newsletter emails; it is separate from deleting every record. Limited suppression records may be retained to honour an opt-out and prevent unwanted resubscription. Information needed for a valid legal obligation or claim may be retained where the law permits.

A deletion request is handled separately from an unsubscribe. The publication operator reviews which relevant delivery-platform, mailbox and local records the request concerns, what can be removed, and whether a specific lawful exception applies. There is no single automatic purge covering every store. Where information is retained under an exception, the reason and permitted use must remain limited to that exception.

Deletion from an active system may not immediately remove a copy in a backup. Any continued retention or restoration must respect applicable deletion duties and restrictions on further use. Neither a backup nor a possible future business use justifies indefinite retention.

Your choices and requests

Use the Unsubscribe or preferences link in a newsletter email to manage your subscription. For a direct message sent outside Beehiiv, use its opt-out instructions or contact us. You do not need to submit identity documents to use the newsletter unsubscribe link. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent or complain to a relevant authority.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, clarify the request or confirm a representative’s authority. Verification should be proportionate to the request. Where applicable law permits, we may limit disclosure to protect another person’s information or decline deletion of specific records covered by a lawful retention exception. We will respond as required by law. Required response deadlines still apply.

For Luxe Prompting privacy questions or requests, email jenny@luxeprompting.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. You can also reply to a newsletter. Use the subscribed address when possible, and describe the records or issue involved. Do not include passwords, verification codes or unrelated sensitive information.

For Beehiiv’s own processing, its Privacy Policy provides separate contact and choice routes. Contacting us does not prevent you from using rights or complaint channels available under law.

Security and policy updates

No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. This statement does not exclude any security or notification duty that applies to us.

We may revise this notice as services, practices or requirements change. The current version will carry a revision date. We will provide any required notice and obtain any required consent before the relevant change takes effect. A policy edit, silence or continued use alone does not supply consent where affirmative consent is required, or authorise a conflicting new use of previously collected information.

This notice does not waive rights or remedies that applicable law provides.
